Managing Director & Founder
Mark is the Managing Director and Founder of RCCN. He began his career in textiles, serving as an Executive Board Director for his family’s well-established manufacturing firm before moving into senior roles with large corporates such as O2, RAC, Guardian Royal Exchange, and Robert Flemings Investment Bank. Over the years, Mark has led RCCN from strength to strength, establishing it as a trusted service provider to both the public and private sectors. Outside of work, Mark enjoys cooking and taking long walks, finding both to be great ways to relax and recharge.

Katy Hogg
Finance Director
Katy is RCCN’s Finance Director and a Chartered Accountant with a career spanning nearly three decades. She began her career as an auditor with PwC, later moving into a financial reporting role with a FTSE 100 company before focusing on Finance Director roles within SME businesses. Katy brings strategic insight, commercial awareness, and a depth of experience to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys running, cycling, and travelling.

Keith Whitehouse
Operations Director
Keith is RCCN’s Operations Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in both public and private sector roles. His public sector background includes leading the regional facilities team at HMRC and serving in the police force, while his private sector experience spans organisations such as Halifax Building Society and O2. At RCCN, Keith oversees all operational functions, managing customer-facing teams to ensure the highest standards of service and keeping clients’ premises accessible and clean at all times. Outside of work, Keith is a keen cricketer and serves as captain of his local cricket club.

Louise Lahive
Financial Controller
Louise is RCCN’s Financial Controller, overseeing the day-to-day financial management of the company and acting as the first point of contact for all Accounts and Finance matters. With over 35 years of experience in finance roles across multiple industries, she brings a wealth of knowledge, a broad skill set, and a practical, hands-on approach. Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time with family and friends and discovering new places.

Victoria Kindere
Payroll Manager
Victoria is RCCN’s Payroll Manager and a qualified CIPP Payroll Technician Specialist, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes with precision and efficiency. She ensures payroll accuracy, smooth operations, and timely payments. With a strong background in payroll management, Victoria combines expertise with a commitment to excellence. Away from work, she enjoys travelling and experimenting with new cuisines – cooking is her favourite way to unwind.

Christina Edwards
HR Manager
Christina is RCCN’s HR Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across both the public and private sectors. She has a strong passion for supporting people and fostering positive workplace cultures. Known for her approachable style, Christina thrives on building strong relationships, providing guidance, and helping individuals and teams grow and succeed. Whether through recruitment, employee relations, or professional development, her goal is to create a positive and inclusive working environment where people feel valued and supported.

Colette Brazier
Operations Manager
Colette is RCCN’s Operations Manager with over 25 years of training and auditing experience. She is passionate about supporting staff and ensuring high standards across operations, having worked successfully in both hospitality and the cleaning sector. Colette leads with openness, dedication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to clients.

Mike Whincup
Facilities Management
Mike heads RCCN’s facilities management division, specialising in high-level cleaning, window cleaning, freezer cleaning, and hygiene solutions. He played a key role in helping schools prevent, eradicate, and protect against the spread of COVID-19 during the pandemic, and continues to focus on keeping client premises safe and well maintained.
