Mike Whincup heads RCCN’s facilities management division and has been primarily responsible for high level cleaning, window cleaning and prevention of COVID 19.

Mike has been instrumental in helping our schools to prevent, irradicate and protect against the spread of COVID 19 virus during the pandemic.
